Friendly staff, comfortable room, along with access to a free airport shuttle made my stay enjoyable and convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Had a fantastic time here with friends! We loved visiting the local museums and hiking nearby trails. The hotel provided a comfortable stay and easy access to everything we wanted to do. Just a heads up, the front desk can get busy during peak hours, so be patient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're planning a group trip!

Unfortunately, our room was quite noisy at night due to elevators nearby, which made it hard to sleep comfortably.

The room had two double beds, which were okay—definitely not the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Cleanliness was decent, but the furniture seemed a bit worn. The shower pressure was lacking, which was kind of annoying. I liked the adjustable table for working, though, that was a plus!

I stayed at the Sheraton in Durham for a couple of nights and liked the friendly atmosphere. The staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel welcome right away. My room was spacious and clean, perfect for relaxing after a long day. I enjoyed the coffee maker in my room, which came in handy. The location near the airport made it easy to catch my flight on time. However, the dining experience didn’t match the same level of quality. The breakfast options were limited and could use a bit more variety. The restaurant service was slower than I expected, which was frustrating when I was in a hurry. I also noticed some areas around the hotel seemed a bit dated and could use a refresh. Overall, it was a decent stay with some good highlights but also a few areas needing attention.

I truly appreciated the inviting and well-lit common areas, making it easy for seniors to navigate. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, always ready to assist with any questions or needs I had during my stay.

Decent location near the airport and Research Triangle Park, making it convenient for business travelers. The breakfast buffet offered a solid selection, which is a real perk for early risers.

Came across some issues during my stay. The air conditioning unit in my room was louder than a Wookiee on a bad day, making it hard to catch some sleep. Additionally, I noticed one of the drapes didn’t fully block out the light, which isn't ideal if you're trying to rest. I also spotted some stains on the bathroom ceiling tiles that looked like signs of a previous leak. Not to mention, the lack of a microwave in the room was a letdown, especially when I craved a late-night snack. Lastly, none of the hot water worked during my stay, which honestly had me wishing for a quick shower in the Falcon instead.

I had an excellent time during my stay! The clean, cozy room had all the essentials, and the fast Wi-Fi was a bonus. The conference food was impressive, too!

This hotel suits me perfectly, providing speedy wi-fi, a fitness centre, and a cute bar/lounge. When I had tech issues on my first stay, the staff were helpful, which is why I keep returning for romantic escapes.
